    The Furon® Precision Dispense Pump (PDP) utilizes cutting edge technology to deliver extremely accurate doses of media with unprecedented repeatability. Our patented PTFE rolling diaphragm technology coupled with precision stepper motor control enables precise dispensing of aggressive or ultra-pure media and eliminates the requirement for expensive flow controllers.

    The Furon® PDP features Zero Displacement Valve technology that enables pulsation-free dispensing. Additionally, a fully programmable suck-back capability provides complete control over residual drops of liquid, assuring superior recipe accuracy and maximizing chemical efficiency.

    Our Furon® PDP is a fully-integrated system driven by its own on-board microprocessor. The PDP may be operated on its own via the intuitive Graphical User Interface (GUI), or controlled remotely via the built-in RS-485 interface.

    All wetted surfaces are Fluoroloy®-T and Fluoroloy®646 to suit dispensing of ultra-pure chemicals used in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and medical industries. Metallic free wetted flow path eliminates the potential of ionic contamination. Additionally, the wetted flow path is 100% elastomer-free, ensuring long life and further reducing the potential for contamination. Furon® PDP pumps are designed for long life and are maintenance-free, maximizing the end user’s up-time.

  • AstiPure™ II High Purity Bellows Pumps

    AstiPure™ II series pumps are designed based on more than 20 years of experience in handling aggressive and corrosive media, as well as in applications where chemical inertness is a must. Featuring a 100% PFA and PTFE wetted flow path, our AstiPure II pumps contain no metal parts or elastomeric seals, assuring compatibility with even the most aggressive chemicals.

    The AstiPure™ line of bellows pumps includes the PFD 1, 2, 3, and 4 models with pumping rates ranging from 2.5 to 26 GPM. The pumps feature no metal parts and a compact design.

  • AstiPure™ PFH2 High Temperature Pump

    Operation
    The AstiPure™ PFH pumps are pneumatically operated: two bellows made from PTFE reciprocate horizontally. Their pumping frequency is much lower than an equivalent diaphragm pump and results in an extended life. Due to this low frequency and amplitude of the bellows pump, we guarantee a lower level of particle contamination.

    All AstiPure PFH pump wetted components are manufactured with High Purity PFA and PTFE and are suitable for pumping even the most corrosive concentrated chemicals (acids and solvents).

    All other components are manufactured with high technology materials; e.g. PVDF and PEEK, and ensure no ionic contamination of the chemical, even if there is a bellows failure.

    Our pumps are assembled in our cleanroom, tested with DI water, cleaned, then double sealed in plastic bags.

    The AstiPure™ PFH pumps are pneumatically operated: two bellows made from PTFE reciprocate horizontally. Their pumping frequency is much lower than an equivalent diaphragm pump and results in an extended life.     Operation
    The AstiPure™ PPRD pump is pneumatically operated: one bellow made from PTFE is driven forward and backward to deliver each dose of chemical. PPRD pump comes with either pneumatic, inductive or optical end position sensors. It can be operated according to various modes: single shot, timer, preset number of strokes...etc, depending on the characteristics of the control unit selected.

    All AstiPure PPRD pump wetted components are manufactured with High Purity PFA and PTFE and are suitable for pumping even the most corrosive concentrated chemicals (acids and solvents).

  • Furon® ChemPure™ Pump

    Furon® Chempure™ Pumps are designed for high-purity or corrosive applications where contamination is not acceptable and chemical inertness is a must. The pump's fluid flow path is 100% virgin PTFE/high-purity PFA with fully swept internal chamber areas and no exposed metallic parts. High-purity spring-loaded valves incorporate a low particle generation design with dry priming capability. The "quick-release base" mounting system allows easy removal of the entire pump with the pull of a single pin.

  • Furon® Turbo Pump

    Operation
    The Furon Turbo Pump is a sealess magnetically driven turbine pump. The fluid enters the housing body of PTFE and is driven by a turbine impeller also made of PTFE. the desired outlet pressure is adjusted by the system set up (fluid inlet pressure, outlet flow (and tuned by as adjustment knob which change the gap between the turbine impeller vanes and the body, generating various boosting fluid pressure levels.

    Applications
    The Furon Turbo Pump has potential uses in boosting high purity and aggressive fluid pressure levels. Best suited for DI water, this pump can be used in systems which require an increase in the pressure of low viscosity fluids. An example of this includes, the spraying and cleaning systems used in the semiconductor industry.

  • AstiPure™ AMC Pulsation Damper

    Operation
    The principle function of a pulsation damper is to damp out the pulse generated on the delivery stroke by pneumatically operated bellow and diaphragm pumps. When the pump is used in conjunction with a filter (the pulse from the AstiPure™ pump is much lower than that generated by an equivalent diaphragm pump) the pulse on the delivery stroke can cause particles trapped in the filter membrane to be forced through the filter, contaminating the fluid.

    The pulsation damper, when placed on the delivery side of the pump with the same fittings and air/nitrogen supply, absorbs up to 80% of the pulsations, regardless of fluid pressure or flow rate, protecting the filter element from damage and significantly reducing particle contamination. These pulsation dampers logically carry on our range of “Ultrapure” contamination free products.
    Like the rest of our products (including pumps, fittings and valves) all wetted parts are made of High Purity PFA and PTFE. Other parts are made of high tech plastics such as PVDF and PEEK. There are no metal parts avoiding the risk of corrosion or ionic contamination.

    All non-wetted components are manufactured from advanced engineered thermoplastics such as PEEK and ETFE, providing further protection.     AstiPure II pumps are pneumatically operated with two horizontally opposed, reciprocating bellows.
    Our pumps are self priming, providing an easy installation and setup. In addition, the AstiPure II pumps feature our innovative shuttle valve fixation technology, allowing us to provide three different driving systems to adapt our pumps to the customer's requirements.
    AstiPure II pumps offer a 2-year factory warranty on chemical applications. Upon completion of preventive maintenance (performed by a certified technician), the warranty is extended an additional two years up to a maximum of 6 years total warranty, offering superior system up-time and significantly reducing cost of ownership.
